    Correct me if i'm wrong but don't QUEST [Cvi 8.3% holding] have to build a power station to offtake whats produced from the Cameroon oil/gas field, therfore one would think that it will be sometime before any revenue . If they can get some oil ground in Angola then it will be on. CVI traded as high as $3.90 the last time it had a big run, was dot-com then i think.
