With regards to the Quest holding you talk about below, the board of CityView is well aware of this asset and has considered the sale of it to raise funds.

The board has approached Quest to buy back the % held and both parties have agreed in principle to the purchase.

As with everything in this current market, timing is the issue and the sale will not be will not happen until late 2009.

Thank you for the prompt reply.
I suppose I should have anticipate the response, after all, everything CVI does is done "in principle" or "by option." It has failed to manage anything tangible.
Naturally I do not include the hundred of millions of share placements and option conversions made over the last 18 months. Shame there is no cash to show for it.

Anyway, perhaps the board could inform its shareholders about the Pensador issues raised in the open letter.
