does anyone know how the prr listing in US will work.How do prr shares become avialable to US buyers without the company making more available(placement).
Do US buyers buy diectly from asx?How does that work.
Would be nice for holders if shares could only be purchased on asx ,particularly if a strong US interest is developed through upcoming jp Morgan healthcare conference.
Might be a great piece of timing
