Most statements here are correct in the mechanics of ADR's but I think it should be pointed out that Springtree, contrary to common belief, have not been dumping shares in the quantities purchased as part of the c/n deal. I am inclined to think that Springtree hold currently about 25million shares, if you have the facility you can follow broker reports and I'm calculating this using their broker reports. Springtree will trade these on the Nasdaq and as they have displayed their belief in the stock by holding so many they will not be dumping as they anticipate the $1 SP early 2011. Expect a flood of announcements out of San Francisco in the next few days that could prompt a surge this week.
