I note both positions are 'non-executive'. Certainly is very common for executive chairmen and CEO's to sit on the boards of up to several other companies as non executive directors.
Maybe a case of the CEO (member of the Perth boys network)of the new company wanting a couple of board members with extensive Wyoming experience in the mix. And some handy director fees for Gus and Tony - and helping out their mates
