    It was a random guess of 200 million, same as your RXM exploration costs. RXM was simple, one big ore body.
    Havilah as you all know is extremely complex, with multiple prime targets with lots of " Potential"
    In this presentation below, they use the word "Potential " many times.

    Yes there is massive Potential in these areas, except the majors do not want potential, when they buy a project, they want certainty.
    ( The likes of BHP has been burnt many times in the past, many! )

    So my best guess is to properly define these prime targets with massive "potential", will not be cheap. $???????? and no guarantee of success either, but there is huge "Potential"

    Then comes the other part, the processing plant, to build a plant they need it located in the best place, amongst all the defined orebodies.
    The mix of different materials, well thats another story .............. and $$$$$$$$

    Toss that coin folks, because I know nothing and have been wrong many times before.
