question about priority one network group limi, page-8

Is this something to be concerned about?
I did a search on PRIORITY ONE REWARDS LTD whci then led me to this site: http://wotnews.com.au/announcement/consolidated_capital_investments_ltd_exploration_update/01099776/

Which tells me they used to be a part of Centurion Securities & Investment Services Pty Ltd (ASX code: CSI)

But there is no CSI on the ASX anymore...

So I then did a search on them & found this:

I dont know about you but companys that disappear then reappear under a different disguise get me nervous.

I await bassy & angry to reassure me with some logical reasons for what I have come across!
