Question about purification circuit, page-5

Thanks for your answers. However if they are really committed to provide industrial grade to some customers, why would they need purification circuit at design capacity in the first place? With lack of any guidance, only reasonable explanation seems to be the circuit just isn't working as it should, at least yet. The lack of brine inventory should only help them produce all battery grade. Not the other way around.
