Question about purification circuit, page-8

The expansion is different story. Industrial grade and hydroxide plant seems the best alternative. But, for the first phase capex for purification has been spent. If it worked they would be producing battery grade. On fact they state in the presentation 17500 for phase 1 should be battery grade in the end.

There are two options, either it doesn't work yet, or they have obligations to existing customers to ship industry grade. I wonder which way it is...
