question about substantial cnm shareholders

Hi to all the CNM followers here.

I'm new to this thread but have been following CNM since about halfway through 2007.

Have done a bit of research on their technology and really like their prospects.

What i am curious about is why there is still no substantial bank or investment body on the registry. I notice one of the major shareholders is the Baskerville family and they have increased holdings.

Can anyone offer input into this and maybe even provide a Top 20 list as i cannot seem to locate one.
