Hi
Can someone please advise if the number of shares that a person holds make a difference when they vote at a company's
AGM or EGM?
For instance if I hold 500,000 shares and vote yes a resolution and someone else holds 10,000 shares and votes no, does my vote hold more sway because I hold more shares or is it equal?
The reason I ask is that on voting and proxy forms it does not ask for the number of shares you hold.
Cheers
