The CEO in the last webinar indicated there were some hardware differences without providing details, but the look is certainly similar except HP version has USBC and not micro USB used in Max. We also don't have any info on whether HP version has the hearing enhancements included in Max. HP statements indicate a deal has been done with Microsoft to allow easier connections between multiple devices and hopefully this will come to Max with some firmware updates as I have difficulty with the steps in changing between computer and TV connections.
I'd be keen to hear if anybody else can share additional points of difference gleaned as this is likely to be important as HP start to arrange reviews.
