IMO:
The holders of the CN's were always going to benefit, how else could they raise the urgent funds to pay of debts due.
I just wonder who bought them, the CN holders potentially could claim ownership of CLZ if they become insolvent as they would be the biggest creditors collectively as long as they claim after 18 months when they need to be paid back from CLZ funds at face value.
After the Archean fiasco ANYTHING is possible!
