My understanding is that if anyone accumulates more tha 5% of a company's stock, they are required to advise the market as a major shareholder - ditto if anyone falls below 5%.
I have not heard of any major changes at TLS. Because there are so many shareholders and such a large share placement (12.5 billion!) trading just looks big every day -remember 100 million shares traded is less than 1%!
