I am an old shareholder and consider it miraculous the company did not go under long ago. The CEO from 2004 to 2007, Neil Leggett, sold the profit making businesses, stole 5 million or so and blew the rest on a failed acquisition in China. It was a successful company once but all it had by 2008 was around 6 million of debt and the Leggett issues. The new board got some of the money back in China and retired the debt but is running a partnering strategy on the smell of an oily rag.
