Interesting point .... given my personal strategy on this stock, ...the answer is yes to both questions.

Q1 I did not invest in CFR for its dividends potential, I believe they are a long way off and I'll be out of this stock well before it becomes a blue chip.

Q2. Precious matals/stones are just 12 months into a new L/T bull market. CFR has announced that they plan to embark on new exploration ventures including Gold Diamonds, Saphires...etc.etc. They will also need significant funds to further develop the Ruby mining operation. The Cph cost recovery agreement does not provide for investment in capital works. either way they have to raise further capital, the ops provide a very easy picking...

I believe that the capital appreciation of CFR SP will represent much more value to the shareholder in the short term ...if the co is cashed up at this point, ...then the promise of Dividends in the future. My opinion only... I'll be interested what others have to say..
