You may well be correct in that BTA had a poorly drafted contract but I was assuming that a GSK failure in the Supreme Court would trigger the get-out clause.
Obviously I would prefer it if GSK did the right thing (now that would be a first). Then we (see I'm taking it all personally) could get on with an accelerated production schedule.
