Good work Roo Roo, there appear to be very few focussed on this company. I'm a Johnny-come-lately as I only discovered it by accident early last year. The demand for a share of the NASDAQ float will include TXT (20% of the new entity probably as that would equate with the emphasis they are placing on Intevia) along with some mega corporations like IBM, GM, Toyota, Airbus who will similarly see the applications. Just imagine whether car manufacturers would want an intelligent fastener to attach critical components that mean only they can service the vehicle (the only source of money for them as it is). Demand for the shares will be extreme so it may be the only effective way of ever getting the new shares ie being a significant current shareholder. Most will be sequestered by the big players well in advance of us getting a prospectus. This demand will also add increased value to the current TZL shares. Thanks Susann, Christmas will indeed be good this year, hopefully for us all.
