Question for Angus

As Angus reads this on a very regular basis I would like to ask him a question that would allow him to respond to all shareholders.
In your announcement on the Investor Portal you have stated that Option One is a Reverse Takeover with a considerable Capital raising. You have also stated that you are expecting to complete this transaction by the end of April. Can you please confirm that you expect the company to be listed and funded by the end of April?
I do not think I have breached anything in asking this very simple question so hopefully this will not be moderated.
If this is a correct understanding and we have less than 2 months to go when will the company be releasing information to shareholders in regards to pricing and dilution etc etc as it is obvious that we are all going to have to vote on this?
I look forward to your response as I think 2500 other shareholders do as well.
