An additional question is, what amount if any is still outstanding in receivables as at the AGM date and who owes the debts and how they came about.
I agree Captsua.
The company announced in Jan that a placement had been made to investorS (plural) yet none of those investorS paid for them at the time.
This gives the market confidence if other investorS are investing, but if its only one investor then I don't believe the same confidence would be there, so, to me, its important whether it was one investor or more.To state that investors (plural) and its only one is definitely misleading the market.
If it is more than one, then how come none of them paid for their shares?
Any receivables debt must be repaid by whoever it is by Dec 18 2019 or there will be some tough questioning at the AGM!
We wont be accepting from TC this year "if you have any more questions just ask over drinks" and he then closes the meeting as quickly as possible.
