Bakkie I can see your taking a bit of flack from other posters but I have a serious question for you.
In your research have you been able to establish whether there is much public interest in purchasing residential land at Point Grey? Most of the hard work seems to have been done for the development to proceed but is there a demand for the land?
A friend just said that if they can sell land at Ellenbrook surely they can sell land at Point Grey.
