Thankyou for your valuable input Sunburntland but I seem to recall subdivision at Ellenbrook starting at least as early as 1995, way before the most recent boom. When land sales began at Ellenbrook it was alongway from the urban front.
I would still appreciate the outcome of bakkie's research on expected demand for lots at Point Grey.
