Not wishing to challenge the views of the TA specialists, but one important factor to keep in mind is this:
The run up to the previous SP high was heavily influenced by a "certain newsletter" Buy recommendation, which saw a flood of punters jump on the stock in a most undiciplined manner. They bid it up well beyond the recommended "buy up to price". When the SP began to trend downward and the newsletter issued a "sell" recommendation, they all bailed, causing a cascading price tumble.
I'd be wary of similar events in the short term if that newsletter or similar "populist" sheets suddenly take an interest in PRR.
