    A few problems here :

    1. Try disconnecting from the coal fired grid and see what happens at night
    2. If you try and tell me batteries are the answer, take a look at the SA battery, $100m and it holds enough power to keep Adelaide powered for no more than a couple of minutes. Yes, I realise it wasn't intended as a true storage device but it gives you an idea of the scale and cost of installing enough batteries to go 100% renewable. Batteries may well be the answer in the future but they aren't with current tech
    3. You do realise it's pensioners and other low income people who pay for your solar? Not a criticism of you, I have solar too, just pointing out who really pays for this govt scheme
    4. You might be able to afford more for power, there are many people who can't afford the current power prices
    5. I'm sure i could go on lol
