I find it difficult to understand why people deny the science. In such rejection of hard evidence it is actually deniers who are "cultists" as they "believe", in blind faith, that the science and evidence is false.

Can you please explain to me why you, who are an articulate and intelligent person, reject all the evidence that is freely available? Also why do some accept the absurd mis- dis-information that is promoted by heavily biased politicians? This goes against the acceptance of the need to transition away from coal and other GHG emitting investments by the likes of BHP and Woodside Petroleum.

It is not science. It is a computer model. A computer model is not science.
It is a tool but it is not science.

Computer modelling is used to predict tomorrow's weather and for the weeks ahead.
Computer modelling said we were going to have rain today - so far not a drop.
If they can't get the model to predict tomorrow's weather how the hell can you stand there and be so pig headed and say the science is settled and the predictions for the next decade or more are absolutely rock solid and correct and not to be questioned??
