Scott lake Julius is at 62% http://www.sunwater.com.au/__data/waterstorage/water_store.htm There is a pipe to Cloncurry, however they are limited by allocation. The Isa can pump from lake Julius if they choose, however the cost of pumping is apparently high?!
More water storage is a MUST if mining is to thrive in this region.
