I'm sure MB and KT discussed with Crusty no more than had been released publically anyway. Reassurances and body language probably told Crusty what he needed to know. ASIC will only tell you to go away. Shareholders all have the right to an audience with those that run the Company. In this case that audience was given which is not always the case. Credit to them me thinks.
