    In talking to Martin about this it was because RC wasn’t focussed enough and taking too much risk on the above ground demothballing activities and new processing plant to deliver merenie gas into the NGP at minimum standard. This is a big part of why the drilling campaign at the end of last year was slimmed down. In the end the plant upgrades were only just finished in time for the NGP thanks to Leon and the team.
