Mark clearly states that they will be given the Angola leases in December.
My understanding is the options will keep the price up at 30c or above and after the ex-date the angola lease will be announced to either give it the next leg up or keep it above 30c so they can list in Dubai.
If you did the research you say you did, you are obviously not seeing what everyone else are.
Why waste your time on CVI if you don't intend to invest, maybe your time would be better spent looking at other CO's.
