i have a hard time reconciling the 'MMX will double if it wins the litigation' argument
if the market is discounting MMX by 50% because of the law suit, then it is saying it has legs and a fair chance of success
if the law suit has no legs, then MMX is currently fair priced and will not move after the law suit (except for a short term trader bump on the news)
