    G'day Hardmano,

    I can't get out of my head that we are missing something - why would they take this step, it seems too ridiculous to fathom, there must be some benefit to oip or it is part of a larger plan to benefit the share holders of Orion.

    Why would they put themseles in a more diffiult situation, if that is indeed the scenario.
