if you read the whole annct he makes reference to efficacy being determined in the next phase…… its not shouted but its there. Not long to go now. Remember we had some efficacy from 1 patient already, they will look for efficacy in the 75ug dose patients soon I believe as they chose early (ie not too bad) disease state to see if they could trigger a measurable response in a few more.
