I wonder how many stocks are red today?

IF, for EXAMPLE, I was 25% sure MAK would be $1.60 in 12 months time..... and 75% sure MAK would be worth 20c in 12 months time....
It would be worth about 55c in 12 months time. Discounting back, this is about 47c now.
Ergo, I can have little confidence in MAK, and still believe it is a buy at 36c. Yes?
