I think the next logical question with regard to diclosure is did both these events occur in tandem? I think that coincidence is unlikely. Have they disclosed both events immediately?

I guess we can assume it possilbe Kelly would have let it run and then raised. I think that is more in keeping with the interests of shareholders. You wouldn't dilute as much and you could raise more cash. They go on about small raises but its really a big raise cause there are many of them. It seems they favour the new money.
