There is probably an SPP component here also....I am sure the CEO will say.... the company is looking after smaller investors. Also the virus will of course get a big mention. The company now know some investors are restless and will try to prepare as best they can.

Some people will initially say.... "Oh that is understandable and a fair enough approach from the company" - but lets see how they feel 2 weeks from now, when the new shares are issued and stag selling is rampant (as exactly what happened last time)

Its not an issue up for debate....NO OTHER COMPANY ever, has gone to the markets to raise in this fashion. It is logic, basic, commence sense stuff that you let the SP run, than tap the markets.

CAN I MAKE IT MORE SIMPLE THAN THIS.....A capital raising even today, now - would be at a discount to 80 cents.
