I have to say I’m surprised anyone would want to hear from me, given the outcome since last night. The trial result is very disappointing for all concerned, no doubt about that. I didn’t want to post further until I’d had a chance to clear my head a bit, but not to post at all seemed dishonourable.

I originally invested in the full knowledge PRR was speculative in nature and there was a very high risk/reward factor. It came down to a binary outcome and that turned out to be negative, at least for now. I’ll cop it on the chin and accept the outcome of my own decisions.

I haven’t made a firm decision in relation to my holding at this point, because I want to hear more from PRR on their options going forward. They’d have been legally obliged to release the CAN003 trial results as soon as they were available, so I imagine there are some serious discussions going on right now about future options and directions. It may take them a few days (at least) to report to shareholders.

I don’t believe it’s appropriate for me to voice any further opinion about what may lie in store for Cvac and PRR from here on.

I certainly sympathise with people who have also experienced a financial loss on the stock, but my main sympathies are with O.C. patients who looked forward to good news on a treatment that offered hope for their condition. Maybe it still can, I hope so for their sake.

For now I’ll just pull my head in.
