I think main point causing all this panic is small claims court limit increased to 5000GBP. As litigants are not able to claim legal fees from insurer in small claims track the concern is that litigants will contest the case in person without need for lawyers.
A) can SGS run this under a fixed fee?
B) how likely is the general public likely to face courts without legal representation?
C) similar thing happen in Australia 2002.. How does this compare to UK situation?
B) Reede.. UK listed law firm in same area SP not badly affected. What is the diff between SGS and Reede since they are both affected by proposed legal change.
