yes indeed - the key to this is -
the quality of the information provided to the EPA and the proponents ability to comply..... will all affect timelines.

Summed up here. VRX is always late and re-drfaft their drafts. Just cannot put anything to the EPA once. That is pure ignorance and arrogance.
And of course every time a re-draft happens it's another 30-45 days delay and rightfully so..

There was one document last year or year before (can't remember now) that they had 3 goes at. Given a month to prepare each go and a month for the epa to consider - that's 6 months there.

Anyway, old ground - hopefully the fambois now understands that the delays are all to do with VRX. But of course Cinnebon will dispute this. I mean, 2.5 years ago at the agm he complained of epa delays coz they changed the form a bit. Geez Louise - what a cop out that was.

Anyway, dinner time now - don't want to be eating sand!
