At this point two existing partners are negotiating over which of whom will retain an interest in the acearage.

Quest is seperately pursuing other opportunities to reduce its interest to a more manageable level considering the size and resources of the Company. Other unrelated entities have expressed interest in the acerage.

I believe the ASX code will be changing tomorrow, but it may be the day after.
