In any conversations or correspondence I have had with any listed company, the CEO or CFO or Chairman of those companies have never given out market sensitive information that is not already known to the public.
If you asked, "How close are you to selling Euroports?",you might get an answer like, "We are in deep discussions with potential buyers and are assessing what the best outcome is for securityholders". etc etc etc.
You will never be told, "The deal is being signed as we speak" or words to that effect.
