    For all those uprampers who assume MEL is up-up and away and the reason why I have my concerns other than the woeful CR.

    The greenies around Northern NSW may have been beaten in a sort of ways, however to get this stuff to market, I don't think I have heard of any of the so called experts talking about the scenic rim.

    The proposed gas line goes straight through this area, so no, the fight is not over with greenies and land owners.

    the last link states no activities, well building a big pipeline to me is a rather big activity. So before all the pie in the sky experts talk about take overs, buy-ins etc, you may want to consider this. MEL will likely burn through a lot of capital just like recently to get around all these issues. This will take a lot more capital raising and further pressure the price downwards...
