there is no way the merger deal terms will be restruck . . .. particularly not in BTA's favour.
NABI is bringing 84 cents in cash to the table for each share that they will hold in the new entity.
BTA is bringing shares trading at 75 cents or below.
NABI shareholders will have been looking on in horror for the last few months at the BTA share price. There is no way they would accept the deal being made WORSE for them.
