But what you are saying is, in my understanding, the nuts of it.
The deal was done with NABI to preserve and protect the inherent value of BTA at the time of the deal.
That price was around 94 cents.
So the value of BTA in this merger is around 94 cents real money.
It looks like the ambitrage of the century.
