    I don't know how you are all assessing "implied value".

    What makes sense to me is to look at the price at which shares are effectively being issued given the number of shares to be held by current NABI holders, and the level of cash being brought to the deal by NABI.

    My recollection is that this works out to raising capital at 84 cents a share.
