I wondered what other users thoughts and experiences were with this, and whether Nearmap needs to be more accessible to generate increased revenue growth?

A business will use nearmap if there is a justifiable business reason. If it helps the business in any way to reduce cost and improve on process or create new opportunities the business will be happy to pay.
This is what every business needs to work out.
