    The office is relevant because it is a cost.
    I’m happy with their location. There are other tech firms and property developers in Barangaroo, so it is a good fit for Nearmap. Furthermore, they moved from an office building which is about to be demolished owned by Lendlease, to a new building also owned by Lendlease. Perhaps there was some sort of deal offered by the landlord.
