If all the above is true, then it is certainly a strange way to do a placement. The strangeness of it has me convinced that in the end the insto will be happy with their buy-in and then the sp will drift up just enough to trigger substantial option conversions as well!
What other purpose in the current scenario and time frame would explain this unusual method of placement?
