I was under the impression that the Cameroon play was dependent on Quest building a power station, to supply the city of Doula, plus a 20k pipeline to the oil-gas field and that could take some time. For me what would set this stock alight would be the granting of some oil leases in Angola, especially in the Cabinda Gap.
