    "I was under the impression that the Cameroon play was dependent on Quest building a power station, to supply the city of Doula, plus a 20k pipeline to the oil-gas field and that could take some time."


    I read it as oil & gas PRODUCTION being used to finance future expansion of operations Ivor.

    Douala is only 13kms away, not 20 and infrastructure requirements are not major, perhaps meaning that they need less than "some time" to build.

    Could be wrong though......
