I Would have thought that at the current price the company is grossly undervalued. The move to spin off assets into a separate entity is a quick tangible way to have the market attribute some value to those assets such as gold. Clearly at 6/7 cents this is not currently the case. Full ticks to management for trying to do something to create some value for shareholders.
